Continuation of creating hair for gamedev.
Hello! With you Andrew krivulya aka Charly and today I present to you the 7th part of the 6th Chapter of my basic course in Ornatrix in which I continue to talk about the creating of the hair for gamedev with using Ornatrix.

00:18 - 01:36 - Two ways of increasing the length of the finished hair. What can you do if when you change the length and have the disturbed structure of the hair? Using of the Strand Length modifier to increase the length.
01:36 - 03:56 - All about my workflow. Two ways of selecting the guides. The group assignments. Set the radius of the hair in the Render Settings. Use Render Settings to the different groups.
03:56 - 07:12 - the Creation of a separate scene to render the texture for the hair. The camera settings and the texture resolution. Three methods of the hair backing. Hair from the plane. HairFromMeshStrips. Creating hair from the plane.
07:12 - 11:11 - From what I am starting to create the gamedev hair. The creation of two types for short and long hair. Demonstration site with high quality REFs for the portraits. Analysis of growth of hair and their thickness on the assumption that you can see in the pictures.
11:11 - 11:42 - the Test render and its basic settings. Assign the Vray Hair Mtl with the standard preset Blond Matted.
11:42 - 13:11 - Correction radius of hair and increase their number. Another test render and Vray Hair Mtl settings. Add Vray Hair Info Tex texture.
13:11 - 13:27 - Ending. Video preview other lessons. The subscription button and the button for support on Patreon.
